Under the 1998 Copyright notice, ammended in 2004 all images are protected by copyright. All images on this site have been taken by Simon and have been watermarked. Use of all images is strickly limited and may only be used by prior written consent. Any use of any images taken by Simon without prior written consent will result in any and all necessary action to recover costs, damages, loss of income etc. Full copyright of all photos taken by Simon Hunt remains with Simon Hunt unless expressly granted in a written contract. No verbal contract or otherwise is complete unless confirmed in writing.
