Westonbirt, South Gloucestershire

I love the countryside around Westonbirt and Tetbury. Beautiful green hills, forests, and old country houses often built with Cotswold Stone. It provides a perfect backdrop for a wedding, especially when the church is St Mary’s Church in Lasborough. The perfect location for a country church and one you should consider for your own wedding if you live in the area.

I spent the whole day just loving everything about this wedding. The guests, food, location – everything was better than you would expect.

Claudia and Sam are one of those couples that just fit perfectly together. They compliment each other in ways a couple should, and it showed on the day. I had the pleasure of photographing them both on an earlier portrait shoot a few weeks ago, and I knew that today would be a wedding full of opportunities to capture beautiful images, as you will see below.

When I am preparing images for a preview it is often hard to select just a few that reflect the day, but I could not resist uploading so many from this wedding. I do not envy the problem that Claudia and Sam will have when they try to select their favourites (Claudia, please make sure your mother supplies you and Sam with at least a couple of bottles of that wonderful champagne and keep it on hand when you look through the photos – I think you will need plenty…)

I loved every part of this day, and I send enormous thanks for inviting me to be part of this day, and a wonderful future to Claudia and Sam.
