We couldn’t recommend Simon enough if anyone was looking for a wedding photographer.
He was so accommodating, cheerful and friendly on the day; so many guests came up to us and complimented us on Simon’s nature and ability to put them at ease.
We really enjoyed being around him, and he made the day feel much easier as he helped to organise some of the guests. There were even times where he fanned out my dress to make sure the picture was perfect.
After receiving the prints, we were surprised how many photos there were. We are so pleased with how they depicted the day and the type of wedding we had – he has captured the most wonderful moments, some of which we didn’t even know about!

Simon was fantastic from the planning stages, always swiftly replying to emails and there for any advice about the big day.
From the moment he arrived with the bridal party on the day, we instantly felt at ease. We all really enjoyed Simon’s company throughout the day, from mingling with our guests to having our more intimate photos. We felt really comfortable with Simon and he brought a relaxed, friendly and organised vibe. He went above and beyond to make sure the day ran smoothly- from making sure we had drinks, time to ourselves and arranging my train!

When we met Simon at our friends’ wedding a few years ago we instantly warmed to him and we knew once we saw his fantastic photos that we wanted him for our own wedding on day. Luckily Simon was available and able to travel to Ireland to share not only our wedding day but the day before and after.
Having Simon’s expertise and calm organisation skills contributed to the running of the day and allowed everything to go as smoothly as possible. We are never usually comfortable in front the camera and that also goes for some of our family members but Simon is so lovely he makes the experience enjoyable and everyone was so comfortable around him. He can also can be so unassuming, he captured some many moments over the days which we are so grateful for as a lot can pass you by on the day.
We felt that he really captured people’s personalities and mannerisms in the photos and also got some beautiful shots of the church, beach, venue and landscape. The party photos from the dancefloor are also amazing! Simon is so flexible to go along with any plans you have and able to adapt as needed, but definitely listen to his advice – we are very grateful he got us out to the beach when the rain stopped as we love the photos he got there.
We really are overjoyed with the quality of our photos, not only were we able to relive it all but also see moments we missed. Thank you so much for being part of it. We also had so much feedback from our family and friends about how great you were on the day and what a lovely guy you are. We are so grateful to have had you. Simon should be an essential part of any wedding!

Simon was exceptional from the moment we booked him to be our photographer for our wedding. He organised zoom calls to ensure he knew exactly what we wanted and also so we knew what to expect on the day. When the big day arrived he just fitted in like he was a guest at the wedding. He was chatty and got on well with all the guests and everyone commented on how amazing he was. He made us laugh and we felt at ease when all photos were being taken. He stayed for over 12 hours and captured every moment perfectly. He was phenomenal and we can’t recommend enough. So pleased we chose Simon to be our wedding photographer! From the very first enquiry, Simon was really helpful. Setting up calls, explaining every part of the process and really taking the time to learn about us as a couple. We spoke in detail about the day and we really felt heard.
On the day itself, Simon made all the guests feel at ease, so many people commented afterwards on what a great photographer he is. We were able to have a good laugh when taking the photos with the wedding party and he was very prompt with the large group photos.
Simon stayed for all of the day and into the evening, and when we got the photos back it was amazing to see how he’d captured so much. We loved seeing how much he understood what he asked for, taking mostly photos of us and our closest friends and family just having fun and making memories that will last.

Wow! Where to start! Simon was everything we could’ve wished for on our wedding day, he felt like one of our guests that we had known for years.

Simon photographed our wedding in July of this year and, quite simply, he is an exceptional professional who we cannot recommend highly enough. From start to finish, Simon made the process as simple and easy as possible, a ray of calm in what can be an incredibly stressful time.
Simon is personable and approachable, someone able to make guests feel at ease with an ability to capture the best photographs of even the most photo-shy individuals.

Just wow!! From the moment we spoke to Simon we knew he would be the photographer for us. We could tell straight away that he was all about us and just wanted to help make our day as amazing as possible. That is exactly what he did; from the minute he arrived to the moment he left. Nothing was too much trouble. He came to the venue to get photos of the girls getting ready. He just blended into the background and we didn’t even know he was there half of the time, which is exactly what we had asked for. He then went to the church to meet the boys and he spent so much time getting to know all of the bridal party, he just became one of the guests and made everyone feel so at ease.
When we had our individual photos, it was sleek and smooth. Some people say that you can spend so long taking photos at a wedding, but this really was not the case. My wife and I were very lucky to land Simon Hunt as our wedding photographer, and we cannot sing his praises loudly enough! From our initial Zoom consultation through to the final delivery of the finished photos and USB stick in it’s lovely presentation box, his experience and confidence shone through.
From the earliest brides preparation photos through to the more “relaxed” snaps at the end of the night, he was attentive & professional, somehow being everywhere capturing everything, being discreet and unobtrusive when the situation needed and being authoritative in marshalling guests when we were getting out of hand!
The enormous quantity of photographs he delivered surpassed all our expectations, beautifully capturing everything from fine dress details to enormous group shots in front of our beautiful wedding venue.
Everything from carefully posed family portraits through to candid snapshots of funny, emotional, and beautiful moments were exquisitely captured and we regularly relive the entire day through his work, which we will treasure forever.

Working was Simon was fantastic. He’s a hugely relaxing presence in the run up to our wedding, simple pricing, clear process and questions to ask us meant no headaches in planning, and we really relied on his experience of how and when to structure our photos. Simon photographed our wedding in July 2022 and surpassed all expectations of ours. From when we orinigally contacted Simon, through to after our wedding, he was extremely professional, friendly and promptly and efficiently replied to all of our queries. He was fully transparent with the services he offers and the cost for these services, and took the time to discuss with both myself and my husband what we wanted from our wedding photography experience. The day of our wedding Simon arrived early in the morning and straight away became part of the wedding preparations, getting to know the bridal party and ensuring key photographs were captured, yet stress free. Simons professionalism was conveyed throughout the whole day, and his experience in his field was truly evident. Simon naturally doubled up as a wedding coordinator – for example ensuring guests were in the right place at the right time, organising cake cutting/first dance/sparklers, and generally being present at every important moment in the day to make sure it ran smoothly. Simon made us so at ease having our photographs taken and was happy to continue taking our sole photographs for as long/little as we desired, and his enthusiasm made us feel so special as a just wed couple.Simon ensured our turnaround on our photographs was as quick as possible, and the quality of the photographs was excellent. Working in the bridal industry myself, there are quite a few photographers that I am aware of but the first person I thought of for my own wedding day, was Simon. I met him a few years ago when he captured my friends wedding and I remembered how friendly, interactive and hardworking he was. The end result of your wedding album is obviously extremely important (& I had no doubt that Simon’s photos would be exactly as we wanted) but so is the connection that you have with your photographer on the day – a bad one can truly ruin your experience. We were recommended Simon by a friend after he had photographed her sisters wedding and as soon as we saw his pictures we knew we wanted him! We had to postpone our wedding due to covid and he was so understanding and moved our booking with no hassle. I couldn’t recommend Simon enough as a wedding photographer. He was so efficient at getting the formal photos done and took control on the day so we didn’t have to worry about anything, which was exactly what we wanted! There was a great mixture of posed for photos and candid pictures, and I think he managed to get a picture of everyone at the wedding! The way the photos are sent as well is such a lovely touch, with a great selection of photos printed out as well as them all on a usb stick!

After researching many different wedding photographers online we came across Simon’s website and immediately knew we wanted him to be the photographer for our special day.
When the big day finally arrived Simon was amazing, he’s a very friendly person and doesn’t make you feel awkward in any way, so many of our photographs were taken that I didn’t even realise he had captured. Our photographs were taken in such a relaxed way which meant we got the fantastic natural shots we were after. Even the more formal shots we had taken made everyone feel at ease. We received so many comments throughout the day on how Simon fitted in so well with us all and he worked enormously hard the entire day to ensure he captured the most perfect images for us.
The different effects applied to our final pictures added a really special touch which made them beautifully unique. We are so impressed with the final shots and our family and friends all absolutely love them too. Its going to be extremely hard to choose favourites!

We asked Simon to be our photographer on the recommendation of a family friend and he did not disappoint. After a couple of emails and phone calls all the plans were in place and the big day arrived. He works in a very clever unobtrusive way and actually felt more like a family friend. He popped open the first (of many) bottle of prosecco which calmed my nerves and then managed to capture our whole day more perfectly then we could have imagined.
From the more formal shots to the fantastic natural shots he took photos of everyone at the wedding and caught many beautiful and hilarious moments.

We chose Simon because we had seen his amazing work from a friends wedding a few years ago. Simon is a fantastic photographer who puts everyone at ease and blends in with the day! Simon managed to capture all the details from our big day and we know have memories we can keep forever. His pictures have come out better than we could have ever imagined and I would recommend him to anyone who is getting married. We had so many compliments from our guests about Simon, how lovely he was and the how beautiful his photos are. I cannot thank Simon enough for the pictures he managed to capture! We chose Simon after seeing him do a friends wedding last year. He’s just brilliant. He knows what he’s doing and what works so there was no stress in trying to decide the perfect shots we wanted to capture. Perfect pictures. Lovely guy and very very very fairly priced. Simon photographed our wedding in April, it was an amazing day and Simon captured it perfectly. Simon worked really well with our videographer and was amazing at getting people to what he wanted, quickly! We had a lot of compliments from our guests! We received the images very quickly and we are really happy with what we received. We can’t wait to show all of our friend and family when we receive our online gallery. Thank you so much Simon! Simon produced some absolutely beautiful photos of our special day in July. He knew how to capture exactly what we wanted and we and our family and friends are really happy with our photos. Fantastic value for money too and hundreds of photos taken so lots to choose from! We would definitely recommend Simon in the future.

I was recommended Simon by a friend after he had photographed their wedding. I could not have asked for a better photographer, there was no limit on Simons time and he stayed until everyone was up and dancing! Simon made us all feel comfortable with his friendly nature. I have had so many compliments from all my guests about how nice and good Simon was! All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you!!

A fabulous photographer! Simon was used for both my sisters and sister in laws wedding and I can’t recommend him enough. We can’t recommend Simon highly enough. His calm, friendly personality immediately put us at ease on our wedding day; particularly considering that I tend to avoid having my photo taken at all costs, he made me feel comfortable. Our photos look amazing and there’s such a range of different styles of photo that we found it near impossible to narrow them down for an album! Amazing, thank you Simon.

We booked Simon as our photographer for our wedding day in September and can’t recommend him enough! Simon has a very easy going nature which immediately puts you at ease. He listened to the style of pictures we wanted and easily moved around everyone on the day capturing the day perfectly. Simon was happy to go with any suggestions we wanted on the day but also he had lots of cool suggestions for pictures and now we have received our pictures back they are just perfect! We booked Simon for our wedding in September after meeting with him to run through our requirements. We immediately felt comfortable and at ease and knew he was the man for the job.
We couldn’t have been more impressed with the photos, which captured our magical day in every possible way, right down to small details and capturing those ‘moments’ which you don’t expect.
The best compliment I can give is that Simon is a great character, something we learned was invaluable in teasing out those photo opportunities, we had so many guests mention how great the photographer was during the day.
We were so impressed with Simon, we then took him on holiday with us to Singapore to photograph our ‘Singapore Wedding’ which was a re-run of the wedding with our extended Singaprean family.

The most incredible day of our lives made even more perfect by Simon. Having first met Simon almost 18 months prior to our wedding we invited him into our home and within seconds we knew he was the man for the job. Feeling like we had just stumbled across a long lost friend he talked us through every step of our wedding journey not only from a photography perspective but from every possible aspect, clearly gained from his monumental amount of experience sharing and making loving couples wedding dreams come true.
Simon relentlessly captured every moment of our special day in a very subtle but personal and intimate way that you would want on your wedding day. He joined us throughout our wedding breakfast (the very least of gestures we could offer for his hard work) and he just felt like another member of our close family and friends.
With his vast knowledge and experience across numerous venues he knew exactly where, when and how to capture those magic moments you want whilst giving you the time and consideration to touch base with all your guests to soak up the joy and excitement of the day.
To top all of this off you will not find a more reasonable package, pre meetings at your home wherever that might be, from dusk till dawn service on the day, a printout of so many photos plus much much more. We are so impressed with the outcome of our photos the only problem we’ve now encountered is having to pick from the thousand plus photos to feature in our spectacular Italian leather album.
If you have found this website then look no more because you will live to regret it. We have both already recommended Simon to friends and family and when the time is right without hesitation he will be the man to capture the next chapter of our life’s we want to cherish for years to come.

We were so pleased we chose Simon to do our wedding photography. We loved the relaxed approach he took which made everyone feel at ease allowing us to get some fantastic natural and fun photos.
