Simon was fantastic from the planning stages, always swiftly replying to emails and there for any advice about the big day.

From the moment he arrived with the bridal party on the day, we instantly felt at ease. We all really enjoyed Simon's company throughout the day, from mingling with our guests to having our more intimate photos. We felt really comfortable with Simon and he brought a relaxed, friendly and organised vibe. He went above and beyond to make sure the day ran smoothly- from making sure we had drinks, time to ourselves and arranging my train!

When we met Simon at our friends’ wedding a few years ago we instantly warmed to him and we knew once we saw his fantastic photos that we wanted him for our own wedding on day. Luckily Simon was available and able to travel to Ireland to share not only our wedding day but the day before and after.

Having Simon’s expertise and calm organisation skills contributed to the running of the day and allowed everything to go as smoothly as possible.  We are never usually comfortable in front the camera and that also goes for some of our family members but Simon is so lovely he makes the experience enjoyable and everyone was so comfortable around him. He can also can be so unassuming, he captured some many moments over the days which we are so grateful for as a lot can pass you by on the day.

We felt that he really captured people’s personalities and mannerisms in the photos and also got some beautiful shots of the church, beach, venue and landscape. The party photos from the dancefloor are also amazing! Simon is so flexible to go along with any plans you have and able to adapt as needed, but definitely listen to his advice – we are very grateful he got us out to the beach when the rain stopped as we love the photos he got there.

We really are overjoyed with the quality of our photos, not only were we able to relive it all but also see moments we missed.  Thank you so much for being part of it. Simon was exceptional from the moment we booked him to be our photographer for our wedding. He organised zoom calls to ensure he knew exactly what we wanted and also so we knew what to expect on the day. When the big day arrived he just fitted in like he was a guest at the wedding. So pleased we chose Simon to be our wedding photographer! From the very first enquiry, Simon was really helpful. Setting up calls, explaining every part of the process and really taking the time to learn about us as a couple. We spoke in detail about the day and we really felt heard.

Wow! Where to start! Simon was everything we could’ve wished for on our wedding day, he felt like one of our guests that we had known for years.

Such a nice person and our photos are just amazing, he captured some really beautiful moments and even got us our sunset photos when we didn’t think we would be lucky enough to get them.

Just wow!! From the moment we spoke to Simon we knew he would be the photographer for us. We could tell straight away that he was all about us and just wanted to help make our day as amazing as possible. That is exactly what he did; from the minute he arrived to the moment he left. My wife and I were very lucky to land Simon Hunt as our wedding photographer, and we cannot sing his praises loudly enough! From our initial Zoom consultation through to the final delivery of the finished photos and USB stick in it's lovely presentation box, his experience and confidence shone through.

Working was Simon was fantastic. He's a hugely relaxing presence in the run up to our wedding, simple pricing, clear process and questions to ask us meant no headaches in planning, and we really relied on his experience of how and when to structure our photos. On the day, he was equally calming, fitting in seamlessly with guests and wedding party alike, and was wonderful company when were doing our private shoot. We couldn't be happier with the photos, they offer a bit of everything, from formality and family, to candid in the middle of our ceilidh. Simon photographed our wedding in July 2022 and surpassed all expectations of ours. From when we orinigally contacted Simon, through to after our wedding, he was extremely professional, friendly and promptly and efficiently replied to all of our queries. He was fully transparent with the services he offers and the cost for these services, and took the time to discuss with both myself and my husband what we wanted from our wedding photography experience. The day of our wedding Simon arrived early in the morning and straight away became part of the wedding preparations, getting to know the bridal party and ensuring key photographs were captured, yet stress free. Simon Hunt, book him immediately! From the beginning Simon has been magic he is such a personable man who puts even the most nervous (in front of the camera) bride to be at ease. Simon fitted in with our wedding with such calmness and felt like another all be it very talented guest. We were recommended Simon by a friend after he had photographed her sisters wedding and as soon as we saw his pictures we knew we wanted him! We had to postpone our wedding due to covid and he was so understanding and moved our booking with no hassle. I couldn’t recommend Simon enough as a wedding photographer. We asked Simon to be our photographer on the recommendation of a family friend and he did not disappoint. After a couple of emails and phone calls all the plans were in place and the big day arrived. He works in a very clever unobtrusive way and actually felt more like a family friend. He popped open the first (of many) bottle of prosecco which calmed my nerves and then managed to capture our whole day more perfectly then we could have imagined.
