Gosh, where to begin.

Having read previous testimonies, it would seem we all have one thing in common; Simon became a huge part of our day! Maybe he is in fact a chameleon, but he blended so effortlessly, not easy for such a tall fella! He felt like an honoured guest with a snazzy camera, rather than someone with a job to do.

I am not someone who has ever been comfortable being photographed, I’ve avoided the camera for as long as I could remember, but Simon found a way to put me at ease, make me laugh and feel so comfortable, and I don’t really understand how he did it. He’s warm, he’s funny, he takes great interest and meticulous attention to detail. All the things you want in a wedding photographer really!

Meetings with him were easy, organisation was a breeze and by the end of the day, I knew he had some truly unforgettable shots – candid or otherwise. He’s happy to adapt to whatever you want, but also can be completely trusted when it comes to shots you’re not sure about; the man is nothing short of a wonder with a camera.

You always want people to talk about the DJ after a wedding, but my friends and family raved about him, and I couldn’t agree more. Our wedding day wouldn’t have been the same without him, I’m so grateful to him and honestly his biggest fan.

Simon photographed our close family members wedding a few years back and we just knew that when it came to our time, that he would be the photographer for us too. 

From the get go from our first enquiry, Simon was super prompt and informative with his responses. Closer to the wedding day, he scheduled a call with us to run over the plan for the day and to ensure that he knew our preferences for wedding photos on the day and from what we explained to him, he certainly fulfilled that and more.

When thinking about wedding photographers back in 2022, we always knew we were going to book Simon. He had been the photographer for my Husbands sister a few years prior and we LOVED his work- so it was an easy choice for us!

From the moment we booked him, right up until he left us in the evening of our wedding, he was incredible. Presented in a gorgeous wooden box with a heart USB… it’s the small things that make it feel even more special. There was a selection of prints in the box too.
