Portrait fun in Singapore
Sat, Dec 17 2016

Singapore is one of those cities in the world that you must visit if you ever get the chance. I have been before, but this time I was invited by Lizzie and Kurtis after photographing their wedding back in September. In 10 years the city has changed so much and although many places felt familiar the difference was enough to make it feel like a new city to me.

With the wedding only a few days away we all started with meeting up at Marina Bay for a quick photo shoot. It was also the day I get to meet many of Lizzie’s family for the first time. One of the things I love about photographing weddings is the amazing and friendly people you can meet, and this was no exception. From the moment I arrived in Singapore I was made to feel at home, and Lizzie has such a wonderful family - it was like I had known many of them for years.

We all spent much of the day wandering around the marina having a bit of fun and getting some lovely family portraits. Here are just a few of my favourites from the day.

So many thanks to Lizzie, Kurits, and all of the family that made my trip to Singapore such a wonderful experience.
