Rachel and Warren are by far the sweetest couple I have met for a long time. I have known them for a few years now through a very good friend of mine and I was so happy that they asked me to photograph their day.

Our mutual friend Martin doubled up as my assistant for the day as he wanted to get a first hand experience of what it was like to photograph a wedding, and he could not have asked for a better wedding.

Laughter, all day, all night. This was a cracking wedding.

One of the advantages of this city hotel is that it is right next door to St Mary Redcliffe Church, which is stunning and perfect for wedding photography. After the ceremony we high-tailed it up to the grounds of the church for some quick photos of the bridal party and it was well worth it. My favourite shot of the day was of Rachel and Warren on their own outside the church.

These are just a few of my favourites from the day.
